Their system is beyond frustrating and complicated. In addition, they started covering up the coupon pictured item with a pair of scissors in a circle. You can't see what the item is. For seniors who are not tech-savvy they miss out on a lot of discounts. Some of their best digital coupons do not contain a barcode that could be scanned at the register to get the discount. And, yes, even after you spend all the time to use this app, they don't always work at the checkout. Why don't they fix this?

Leanne, your explanation sucked, almost as bad as this app sucks, lmao. But we both know how this happened: your typically-awesome, 98% (on average) A/A+ explanation, was forced to partner-up with this preposterously unusable, 15% F- app, and this class-clown safeway fool ends up dragging you down into a [(98 + 15)/2] = 56.2% D-/F+ … aka right in the middle of Sucks Valley. But you tried to help at least. So thanks.
