i'm confused why one would want register rewards over the cash rewards when cash rewards don't expire (until a year) and register rewards expire in two weeks? and you can't earn new register rewards on a deal that you redeemed with register rewards.? can someone explain? I was under the impression that racking up cash rewards is great so i was kinda thrown off when she said "we need to transfer the cash rewards into register rewards."

Hi a new one at this I did go and try for the Irish spring and the soft soap I got them I got them three for five however my coupons wouldn't attach and then the Catalina was down I had to get a manager and he gave me $10 credit somewhere don't know but if someone could find me the her video that explains what your cash rewards available means and then the opening balance and the closing balance it and she does do lovely videos thank you so much

Always have an issue with a coupon not coming off, RR not printing, points not coming through. A manager gave me so much strife because the RR didn’t print for the bounty/charmin deal and the revlon deal. I showed her the ad that said I should get a RR and she said they don’t have them tagged so she can’t verify that. She said it’s not showing online either and I told her online never tells you about RR only WC. I again showed her the ad and she said it didn’t matter 🤦🏻♀️
